Easy Setup Then Down Hill
I purchased four ZModal cameras. Installed the Zsight app. That all went well. Adding the cameras was easy. I was able to view them on my home network. All looked good initially. Since then I have found that when I am remote sometimes I can see the cameras but most of the time they have a network connection is too slow error. That is not true as the connections I am on are fast and will do anything else like stream YouTube or whatever with no issue. The app crashes after tapping a couple different cameras to view and has to be restarted. As many others have said the app is the whole enchilada. This company, if they want to earn money, should fix this and make it a great app. Otherwise they should go out of business and stop wasting our all of our time. I think a good class action lawsuit would be in order with as many people as there are having problems with this and they are not responding. I had read good reviews on the cameras themselves but the cameras without the app working properly are basically worthless.
When the app is connected to the cameras I am able to see the area they are focused on well. The night mode works very well also. It is too bad their engineers do not pay attention to the customers. They should actually use this themselves and then they would understand the frustrations.
If the company is not going to respond and the right person reading this wants to start a class action lawsuit consider me in.
