I wish I could send this shit back!!!! Never works unless you're on the same Wi-Fi!

Cannot see the pictures taken by the cam on iOS 10. Sometimes the app suddenly stops working. A pure waste of time and money. Will never buy from this brand again.

schlechte Verbindung. Want connect to internet. Slow performance. Please update

Has been working really good but just this last iOS update stop working so hoping they can fix it. But I am very happy still since I can log in on my laptop.

Just like everyone else. After the last update, nothing works. Cant see alarms that I used to see. And now I have to be connected to wifi or a hotspot to see live feed. (The speed is not the problem). The worst thing about this app is that the creators dont even look at the reviews posted to see where they need to fix. The app not working was instant. Updated about 7-8 months ago. And the first time using after that, I cant see alerts. Why would it take this long to fix? Because they dont even know its broken.

It doesnt load now. Always says my internet is too slow. Even when on 4G. Was great before the update PLEASE UPDATE TO WORK WITH IPHONE 7!!!!!!!!

Please fix this app so that I can use my camera system on my devices. On ipad you only get half of a camera window. Its not good at all. And Im thinking of switching my system from zmodod because its all pretty clunky.

Since the latest update, alert photos are not visible. Just a blank logo

Since the last update I am not able to view any of my cameras from my phone. Waste of money.

This application is worthless. Hard to see the point of having an app to check your cameras away from home when you cant even get the stupid thing to work 90% of the time, due to "slow internet connection"...when you dont have a slow connection, btw. How many people have to write a bad review to get the app fixed?!?! Argh!!!

It was fine before they did an update. Now I cant view any pictures at all, not even when Im hooked to my wifi. And half the time the live view wont even load.

I was experiencing the same problems with this app as everyone else, but then I downloaded the free Funlux app. My camera was detected automatically, and those troublesome features now seem to be working much better.

This product used to work great. Now if I am in my home wifi it doesnt work. Keeps saying internet to slow. I got Verizon fastest internet. So I know the internet is not the problem. Went from great to awful.

I love Zmodos products but this app not really Zmodo product, because its so crazy sometime work sometimes doesnt. Now because of this bad app Im returning the wifi camera; sorry Zmodo you did one product so great but the other one not so great. I wish to keep the camera but how can I keep with this crazy app hu? I have 15 days to return the camera, so please fix it the app as soon as possible. Sorry Zmodo this time I can not give you more than one star, but If I see a fix Ill promise to review it again okay. Happy New Year. But you need to fix the app first :)

When it works, it does good. But most of the time it does not work. Terrible app and definitely not security worthy.

After the last update I can only watch the cameras on a live feed. I used to be able to see a picture of any time an incident occurred, but after the last update I can no longer see this. This has been going on for months. Please update your app ASAP!!!!

I purchased four ZModal cameras. Installed the Zsight app. That all went well. Adding the cameras was easy. I was able to view them on my home network. All looked good initially. Since then I have found that when I am remote sometimes I can see the cameras but most of the time they have a network connection is too slow error. That is not true as the connections I am on are fast and will do anything else like stream YouTube or whatever with no issue. The app crashes after tapping a couple different cameras to view and has to be restarted. As many others have said the app is the whole enchilada. This company, if they want to earn money, should fix this and make it a great app. Otherwise they should go out of business and stop wasting our all of our time. I think a good class action lawsuit would be in order with as many people as there are having problems with this and they are not responding. I had read good reviews on the cameras themselves but the cameras without the app working properly are basically worthless. When the app is connected to the cameras I am able to see the area they are focused on well. The night mode works very well also. It is too bad their engineers do not pay attention to the customers. They should actually use this themselves and then they would understand the frustrations. If the company is not going to respond and the right person reading this wants to start a class action lawsuit consider me in.

App opens. That is the only positivity thing I can say. The app quality is equal to that of the Zmodo tech support. I bought a cheap camera system and learned my lesson. For that I thank you.

App has not worked in weeks. Always times out due to slow internet connection. Im using MeShare which is overly complicated but at least I can see my cameras.
