December 12, 2015 The software doesnt compliment the hardware. Before when the motion detection was "on" my iPhone AND iPad would alert me with sound that there was motion and now it does not! On top of all that. If you use the app and then try using it again without clearing it from your background/multipurpose screen the app will load but not show video. It says network to slow. The app has to be shut down completely each time and removed from the background in order for it to load up correctly the next time.

Schedule time not work. Send push all time.

Nice, though one little problem - no sound from cameras, sound icon is with x.

The site allows you to look at cameras and check the video. It is easy to use and install. Works better than Meshare. If this site would let you playback at 2x or 4x on the video this site would get five stars

Got a camera a few months ago. Worked great until last update now i dont get notifications at all. Have a permanent 4 notifications on the app that wont go away no matter what is done. Just about ready to use the camera for target practice. Fix this quickly please!

Why you have multiple channels but you can only record one channel at a time? Once I record on channel one I cant go to the next channel. I have to go back to the list but then channel one stop recording and there is no where to set up for it. I hope the next update will allow us to record multi channels instead.

This app allows me to view my cameras when away from home. It also sends me notifications (in the form of pictures) regarding the motion detection. Works as described!

I would love if I could move the camera from my ph From my phone with PTZ but the app works great and easy to setup

App worked great for months, now only get alerts. Can only view remotely in app when on same network. I have 2 networks at home and cant even see it on 2nd network.

It claims slow internet connection, i think 100mbps is enough speed for one camera , the software glitches and blames it on connection

App really needs to get fix, unable to view pictures and videos on phone and tablet I need to log out and back in just to view. The price I paid for these video cameras I was really expecting this app to work great.

So far I like the app. Was easy to setup and view cameras. Would rate higher if it had ability to do matrix mode and display 4 cams at once. Also would to like default to HD would be nice option.

The image quality and features of the camera are decent, but this app is so terrible that it makes the hardware useless. I will probably have to return both cameras I just bought because it won’t allow me to view remotely, immediately stopped switching into HD mode and now will ONLY show low def mode, refuses to play camera audio on iPhone or iPad (although it will sound on the webpage), and has random crashes.

This app was better in January then its now after updates. Notifications do not work properly. The speed was much better before updates. The storage video has all kind of skips where you should see what the camera picked up on the screen. Its time that Zmodo put out a top notch software to work with all Zmodo systems. Failure to do so will put this company behind others.

Waste of money. Spent hours running wires to every edge of my house just to find out all the features of this app are worthless. Dont waste your time. Why do companies think they can get away with inoperable BS software? Hire some decent programmers morons!

The app crashes when trying to load cameras once I leave my home wifi. Deleted and re-installed. It worked, then crashed again. Its such a cool idea. Please fix it!

So I was on the same page as most of the negative reviews until I upgraded my modem and router. I currently have Comcast and was renting one of their modem router combos. After learning I was paying $10/month to rent it I decided to invest in my own equipment. After upgrading to my own equipment the app works flawlessly! No joke, flawlessly! I always thought it was my phone that didnt have to connection speed, turns out it was my hardware at my house.

Finally in this latest update, does all I would want it to do. All motion alert pics show up. Live video access is quick and playback works good as well!

Unusable. As soon as I try to connect I get get "timeout". Worked fine in previous version.
