This site is useless. Big waste of money. Will never recommend fun lux cameras or any camera that zsight or zmodo supports!!!!! Wish I could give a huge negative 10 rating!!!!

Do the developers even test their apps before pushing them to the store? I get "connection timed out internet connection too slow". I am on my local network and have a 100 meg up/down to the Internet. Tell me, why on gods green earth would it time out?

Im no longer able to stream over LTE. Some are complaining about it happening after the update, but its even true on non-updated Apple devices. Very unhappy with this app now. Have had it nearly two years and this is the first major issue Ive had. Its virtually useless away from home. :-(

Can no longer access cameras half the time since the last update (which was in October of 2016. Used to update monthly.)

I had bought their NVR 4 channel system in 2014. Downloaded this app. it was great all these years. I was able to see my cameras live in HD on my iPhone from anywhere. Then in 2016 there were a few updates of the program, now I can only see the cameras in low definition from my home wifi nowhere else like before. All the motion captured stills are not viewable. Its now just a junk system. You ask for help and they treat you like crap. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand. Its a competitive marketplace and plenty of good products out there besides Zmodo.

The site allows you to look at cameras and check the video. It is easy to use and install. Works better than Meshare. If this site would let you playback at 2x or 4x on the video this site would get five stars...update still little improvements three months later

The app shows connection too slow. I have extremely fast internet.

I have the same problem as other users- cant view photo on alert and cant view live feed at work, even though we have a very fast connection. So I looked on Zmodos Knowledge Base website and they said that Zsight is old and to use Zmodos app. Then why is Zsight still available to download? I downloaded Zmodos app and I dont have any problems. They need to discontinue use on Zsight.

This is really Frustrating and a security issue for me since I cant see whats going on while Im away from my apartment. I want to buy another set of cameras from another company but Ive invested like $500 into Zmodo IP cameras and not wanting to shell out more. I dont understand why cant this App be fixed finally for the iPhone!?? For the sake of your bottom line Zmodo!!...Invest in fixing this issue

Open the app and it will tell you that the internet speed is too slow regardless of where you are. Im at a high-tech school with high-speed internet right now, and I cant access any of my cameras at home. Zmodo is also a load of baloney - it worked on my iPad for 2 days and now crashes every time you open it.

The app doesnt work. It worked at one point but it has not worked for several months now. I have been waiting to see if the problem will be resolved, but unfortunately there has been no resolution for a very long period time. At this point I am going to have to go and purchase a new camera of a different brand. This is very disappointing.

App never loads. Cameras are worthless because of the sh()t app.

Update dors not work

Unfortunately notifications wont work with this version despite re-install. Aside from this the app works fine. Only 2 stars because alert notifications is essential!

I bought this system before 1 year for our security. But wat the Hell the App doesnt work!!!! I cant receive video when i am outside, it says that the devices are offline. Fix it nearly. We all are buying this items gor security and there is no security when the devices doesnt work. It is a very bad service.

This was working fine on my devices then came the update from hell and the internet speed is to low cannot connect on all the devices and updated all the device that use the cameras. Please fix or its a quick return of the gear. After looking it over and trying to restart everything I figured out the wifi turned off on the app so I finally was able to get it up works great! I now know who is at my door from anywhere with alerts sent to my phone

The app wont add a device on the iPad, works on the iPhone though. Seems like it should work on the iPad but no matter how many times you try it fails. As for the iPhone it works well.

app works when it wants to. cant record more than 1 screen at a time on smart phone. bugs way too much. no app updates. keeps logging out. motion sensor does not work properly. verry poor maintenance !!!!

The app used to work however with this new update, the app and cameras do NOT work when I am not home. When the app and the camera are on the same wifi connection it works fine however as soon as I leave the house, the app stats that the device is OFFLINE. I purchased the cameras for when I am NOT home. This is useless if I cant use it away from home.
