Had issues with the app not working. Found out you need a faster home internet connection for the cameras to send it to the mobile devices...

This app is crap. Will not connect 9 out of ten times on same network and 0 on other network. Basically I have no camera because this is only app that will work with my cam. Garbage do not get these cameras .

Camera feed does not display, would have to click on each camera to see feed. Constant connection time out.

The camera works great but when you go to talk it freezes and stops working and have to close and open again

This app is crap, does not work properly.

This app does not update. "Failed to update list" and "unKnown Error". After a restart it works for a while. It does not matter if Im on home WiFi or LTE. It seems like the app has a reconnection problem.

App is very basic, but has been functioning fairly reliably. Could use an update. At least include a method to "select all" so that it isnt necessary to individually tap all 99 still shots for deleting.

Ive had this app about 4 months. It worked before on my phone and suddenly i cant view it on my phone anymore for the last two months. I almost gave up on it. Then suddenly Ive decided to restart the system and now it worked it. So for those of you that said it didnt work if not on the same network, you can try what Ive did and hopefully youll get it back working. It really defeats the purpose if you cant view it while youre away from home...

The app will only allow me to see the cameras when Im at home. It does not work if Im on a different wifi or lte network away from home.

Installed this on all my apple devices, works great no hiccups.

Was working fine for 3 months now after update it tells me "connection timed out internet too slow" which is a lie because the security camera is the only thing connected to my wifi router. Even when i leave my house i try to click on the app to watch my cameras and still has the same message basically i cannot view it on my phone anymore. RIP OFF!!! Please FIX THIS ISSUE!

1. Playback from storage does not work probably even stay within the same network. 2. "Timeout, slow connection" is a lie. With 50mb download and 5mb upload, there should not be "slow connection" just to watch Low Quality live feed at <25fps (intelligent record mode on) 3. Have to close the app in between alerts to clear out older alerts and view live feed correctly is just...aweful. 4. Please launch a project to fix those issues addressed above. This will help old consumers advertise your company with possitive feedback and new consumers to stay. Its a Win-win-win. 5. Dont just sell product and left us hanging with an buggy app.
