It was working good for many months, video wont load up since last week.. PLEASE FIX

App used to work. Photos went out a couple of months ago, now video will bot work.

Cant view cameras on iPhone( tmoble)since last upgrade to 10.2 you guys gotta fix app Iam sure their are thousands of your customers out there who are having same problem.

After iOS 10.2, Only works on Wifi, no cellular. Please Fix soon!

This app is completely garbage now after the last update. My camera pretty much never works anymore!! Dont waste your money on any of these products or product that requires use of this app. I have a Zmodo camera I bought off eBay. It is now pretty much useless.

Seeing video while on wifi works but does not work on 4g, i needed to see video while i am out of the house not on wifi while at home, i know what is going on at home

Updating to express my absolute disgust with this entire system. Zmodo, this app, everything is garbage. Worst app I have ever seen. I can not see anything because it will not load. At my house and at work my internet is over 90mbps and this app says its to slow. Return the system and get your money back.

I can no longer view anything "Live" if my iPhone is not connected to the exact same wifi network as the camera. What is the use of having this camera to view whats going on at home when Im not home, when it will never connect when Im on my LTE network?!? I had previously never had any connectivity issues but with the last update(s), I am no longer able to view notifications/picture captures and live feeds, which ultimately led me to buy new cameras from a better brand. What a disappointing product & utter waste of money. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for quality. I will never buy another zmodo product again. The multiple poor reviews are for a reason.

Able to view my camera in very high video detail!

This used to be great but now it is junk. I cant see pics of alerts or motion detection like I used to. My neighborhood had car break ins and when I went to check the video and pics there was nothing. FIX THE APP! You failed your customers!

Ive been using this app for over one year and it used to work just fine but after the recent iOS update, the app is now useless. It no longer works over a cellular connection and although WiFi works, with flaws, that doesnt help if I wish to keep on eye on my home while away from home. I recently downloaded an app called Funlux and it works much better. I really wish the developers of this app would get it together, it wasnt bad when it actually worked.

Its junk its not working anymore I cant even login I can even do nothing if I know its going so bad I never it will bother

I have the issue with no images. I sent an email to the support link in this app. It was rejected. I happened to search the App Store and found a new Zmodo app and that resolved it.

Snap shots not working not updating. Verizon is part of the problem. No email alerts. Things that can be fixed in software but are not. Can not view live video on computer. But it says coming soon.

Cant believe this app hasnt been fixed already, unable to watch hd through lte, works maybe 5% of the time, stop selling cheap cameras that nobody will be able to use after due to the lack of a decent app.

Constantly shows badges as if I have unread notifications/events; I have definitely reviewed them.

This app does not work. It is hit or miss on loading. Always says connection time too slow. Apparently this product is not very good. Would certainly never recommend to anyone!

Whats the point of having the app if it doesnt work correctly. Reason for security cameras is to notify you of any movements around your house, but if you cant see whats going on in the app then whats the point. The company seriously needs to get going on fixing and updating the app to get it to work correctly.
