Snap shots not working not updating. Verizon is part of the problem. No email alerts. Things that can be fixed in software but are not. Can not view live video on computer. But it says coming soon.

I bought this Camera to watch a Pet Sitter & My Home Before leaving for Vacation. Remote viewing Stopped after One day!! Too late to order a Superior Brand Camera now! I counted on Zmodos high priced camera. I was so excited when it arrived. Now, its useless and wasted my time. Ill have to go on vacation with NO Way to watch my Pets or Home. Grrr!! All the BAD Reviews are definately going to reduce Company Sales, as this is a very competitive Business. Please FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW..PLEASE... Update Jan.17, Have found No other decent APP to run this Zmodo camera on. Wasted more time by searching. I would even be willing to PAY a small amount just to have the Camera Pan & Tilt when away from Home! ALSO, I am planning to buy a complete wireless system of some kind. I had already noticed Zmodo had some very unique Alarm Security Systems & other Cameras and would have bought the rest of what I needed thru them! Now, its a shame, but I cannot dare invest 1 more Penny in a Company that has this many honest & true Complaints and will do absolutely NOTHING about the Problem. Repeat Business must not be important to Zmodo? Isnt that how you STAY in Business? Like many Buyers I am Very disappointed.... and not to mention the fact about MyTime. I cant get back the Hours of My Time I wasted trying to find a better App somewhere in the App Store to run this Camera. I give up!

New version d pad circle wont disappear in widescreen mode and the refresh rate is slower compared to the previous version, please fix it!!! D pad circle is useless anyway

I cant view the video feed unless Im on the same wifi network.

App is ok. But i purchased this brand for notifications and alerts but not working. Camera returned to the seller.

Cameras can only be viewed if connected to same wifi as cameras. Defeats the whole purpose of the app.

This company should update this app. Cameras get disconnect too often and you need to turn the cameras of and back on again. Its really annoying.

This app is not very sophisticated. Besides crashing or not giving a message saying "Connection timed out" its just not user friendly. We have the 8 camera system and to see camera 8 you have to scroll through all cameras... When it crashes while scrolling through and you have to start all over it is extremely frustrating. You should be able to choose which camera you want to view.

So much from viewing cameras away - keeps timing out ? Whats the problem , very frustrating !! Until this is fixed, I will not recommend

It would be cool if you could monitor your security cameras from your watch. Also needs further improvements and updates . Looks like app was designed for iOS 6 not for iOS 9. Needs more features!

Live feed works but freezes A LOT when moving objects are in view. Even while connected to the same network. I have given an extra star just because of the easy installation. But as far as viewing purposes I have to continuously reload the screen. It is actually really sad that this is the app offered with money paid for the camera. If there is a better app you can use to view your camera remotely I would recommend that as zsight is not worth your time

Very slow and has connection issues. Need update asap

This app is working in Samsung mobiles but not working in iPhone. Always connection time out is displaying.

I have seen a ton of negative reviews on this app, but I have no issues with it. I believe that most user issues are due to lack of networking knowledge. I have no problems accessing my 8 cameras from within my home network or away from home. I access them from 2 iPhones and 2 iPads regularly. I would have given it 5 stars, but the formatting is a little off when using an iPad.

The app will not download from the app store to my iPhone 6 Plus. I have been trying for a couple of weeks now. The website is not work on my Mac. I am looking forward to seeing video some day!

In a basic sense the app works, but it is very clunky and lacking polish. Issues: 1. I have cleared all my notifications but the app still has a 99 badge. 2. When launching the app the camera views are out of date. It should refresh the views before going to each camera. 3. It crashes when looking at "storage". 4. Why is the "storage" feature so hidden? 5. I only have 4 cameras connected. So why when I swipe does it say "connection" timed out. Zmodo does not seem to care about polish.

I can view from my phone and capture images but how do I save and share it like with police? This needs to be fixed or when it can be saved on sad card?

The worse customer service I have seen,with no customer support but lot of fake support dead end phone no’s and dead end live chat taking the system back ans washing my hands of it.

The camera is nice and the resolution beautiful; and when it works, its great. But WHEN IT WORKS are the operative words. Im using it to keep an eye on goats having babies, and I need to have it up reliably, all the time, especially at night. I need to rely on the app on my phone because Im all over the property and sometimes off the farm, so its crucial the app work consistently. Its useless to me if it freezes or just wont come up, which it does constantly. I might as well go back to the baby monitor, because at least then Id have reliable audio. Two thumbs down

I zomdo cameras are so great but this app is the worst u have to be connected to the same wifi ur system on which is home and even when u playback doesnt show when theres motion and this what u want I want to give it zero
